My experience is good. I enjoy working with my direct team and functional area...although see some room for improvement with cross-functions and leadership.
In regards to work competent and reliable
I cannot wait to get out. I have never been so unsupported and unfulfilled in my career. The work is endless and unappreciated. Leadership micromanages to an extreme level. Nobody steps in to help they only create additional road blocks. There is no real positives here besides getting a pay check.
