Language instructors (people who carry the company and do the work) are treated like second class people
The absolute worst. Language instructors do all the work and are horrendously mismanaged and underpaid
Us teachers care are work dedicatedly for our students only We make the company money and help tyem stay in business The company does not appreciate us
Exploitation, great students, good friends, hard to make friends with language barrier-we should get free language lessons-miserable turnover rate.. Low salary is disheartening & embarrassing when teachers tell students about this.
We share goals and communicate effectively.
