Poor management and communication and little to no care for instructors

I love working for Berlitz. It's a great company. Everything is there for us and all we have to do is prepare. However, I'd like to have a local HR department.

I feel undervalued because, with the amount of time I have at the company, I don't see any other opportunities for growth or a raise. I know how much tenured teachers get paid, but I still would love something else. I love teaching but we also don't get the required 15 days paid vacations.

Being able to advance, and have positive support.

we have freezed salary increasment since 2018, but the executive team was increased their salary year by year with at least 20%. In 2023, many senior managers whom have worked for the company for over 20+ years has asked for leave the company. The company is a empty box without experience leaders.

Making a livable wage would be great.

No matter the length of your stay at the company, no matter the amount of work that you do, the salary has remained the same for years!

We are supposed to be a team but it does not work with Berlitz

We have no team,management do not want us to talk between ourselves

MOST OF THEM ARE REALLY PROFESSIONALS. THEY WORK VERY HARD AND STUDENTS ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE OVERALL

As is typical for teachers, we are all intersted in teaching.

They're fun and interesting and interested.

the turnover rate is too hight for junior to middel management level. There is lack of knowledge transfer and without onboard training. That make the situation getting worst

My coworkers are mostly okay

Coworkers in administrative positions spend almost all of their time socializing quite loudly, disrupting work. While you are tryng to do your job. Especially aggravating when you remember they are compensated much better

Professionalism on all levels in the company

MOST OF US FEEL THAT STUDENTS ARE WORTH THE EFFORT

Colleagues are the best there are.

The work itself. Not the immediate management.

It respects the language instructors.

Transparency and honesty, easy to schedule time off.

enhance communication between TMT and country management team. further invest on training tech and platform. restructure the TMT

Introduce some bottom up strategies and make management thinner

The micromanaging needs to stop

I would like to see others in the office working for a change. Not standing outside of my classroom laughing and talking loudly while I'm trying to work.

there is no experience HR on the country operation. most of the time mismatching of talent recruitment

The interviewer should not ask uncomfortable questions that can easily be referred to a human rights or equality issue
