What are some of the best things about your team?
We are supposed to be a team but it does not work with Berlitz
We have no team,management do not want us to talk between ourselves
MOST OF THEM ARE REALLY PROFESSIONALS. THEY WORK VERY HARD AND STUDENTS ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE OVERALL
As is typical for teachers, we are all intersted in teaching.
They're fun and interesting and interested.
It and "us" versus "them" situaiton - we all get together to berate management
My co-workers are always ready to work with others
We share goals and communicate effectively.
Teachers cooperate & Team tries to help out, but they are under so much pressure to get more students, there's no time for anything else. Their stress wears off oneveryone.
My veteran teachers and coworkers are the only ones appreciative of my talents and my dedication to the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the turnover rate is too hight for junior to middel management level. There is lack of knowledge transfer and without onboard training. That make the situation getting worst
My coworkers are mostly okay
Coworkers in administrative positions spend almost all of their time socializing quite loudly, disrupting work. While you are tryng to do your job. Especially aggravating when you remember they are compensated much better
