Canada post is a great company but often the union seems to be like a enemy within and holding CPC back from becoming more successful and being able to function efficiently and take better care of Canadians
Good company. Strong union is needed. Because company usually acts like it wants to get you. The supervisors always say watch your back. They are supposed to watch your back.
Must improve Customer service skills.
It is a great company to work but new epmloyees need proper training. Work load should be fairly distributed with seniors and new employees. Supervisors need ti know the job better. Lot of wasted labour.
