over worked management makes it hard to do your job
safety matters to executives and management in general
There is only a negative vibe at Canada Post for their highly knowledgeable and fantastic work floor staff. The problem is over-management and over-supervision.
Customers, contractors and Co workers
The staff - we are all in the same boat and we prop each other up.
I am a team player we get along
Most of our RSMC's respect one another and help each other out
we all do the same job and know what its all about.
The social events that we sometimes have.
Not much to say here... The people make the environment, not the company
Camaraderie with coworkers encouraging rach other to keep heads up.
Our union is bureaucratic and shills for mgmt but at least we have a union
Lots of chatter. Lots of friends.
Co workers are supportive and have built effective work arounds to management incompetence.
My coworkers are like family.
Even though there is a lot of negativity about the company, the employees seem to have a little fun at work.

Let us donour job and appreciate us with good communication as well as understand our job better.
Proper maintenance of work equipment and adequate work scheduling. (cut-off time is cut-off time)
