it was relatively fast for a public sector company
My last interview was on the phone because of covid loved it
so simple any one can pass, thats the problem

Find people who match the job. Interviewing should not be done by supervisors who have only been in the field 4 times in the last 10 years - and those were for retirements.
Don’t hire people after their probation expires if they are lazy!
