Pay is severely top heavy. I have a bachelors degree and barley make 34k.

Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?

Proper staffing would help. Proper pay. Not having to work with less than needed. Management that actually cares about employees instead of there own bonuses.
