How employees describe working at Cherokee Nation

Very comfortable and fun to work with kids

Now.... nothing. Would have to hire to do interviews. My department hasn't hired in over 3 years despite loosing people constantly.

We get along and support each other.

Gadugi means people coming together and working to help one another. That is the chief value of the Cherokee Nation, and my experience has been very positive.

Proper staffing would help. Proper pay. Not having to work with less than needed. Management that actually cares about employees instead of there own bonuses.
