Very citizen-oriented administration, providing lots of services and, for the employees, comparable competitive compensation, as well as facilities and equipment upgrades throughout the system and reservation.

Now.... nothing. Would have to hire to do interviews. My department hasn't hired in over 3 years despite loosing people constantly.
