It's been nothing but positive. People are supportive, they genuinelly care, and we're building something special. We're not perfect, and there's always room to improve, but I genuinely love where I work due to the people, the opportunity, and the fact that I get to be myself.

The fact that I'm able to earn more based on my performance, and not limited to just a base salary.

That I get to be myself and learn and grow along the way. I also love the challenging work the job brings.

I can be myself. We laugh and enjoy the job together. We learn on each other when things get hard, and thats what makes it special.

We celebrate problems. And then we solve them together. No problem is a bad one. They're all good. They only become bad if we don't do anything about them.

The leadership team serves from the front, always willing to help out and unafraid to do what is right. I'm grateful to work for such a great group of leaders who do what they say.

We value a culture of hard work, working together, being transparent, and continuously learning and growing. By no means are we a perfect company, there are a lot of things to complain about, but the doors are always open to bring concerns and have them solved. Leadership wants to listen to improv

We're in this together, good or bad. And even during the tough times we laugh and have fun with one another. There are times when we need to be intense with our work, but never tense. We can shoot each other straight and know it's always coming from a place of care.
