I am current employee . If you feel you are helpless and don't have any job for 3 months even then don't join this company . They are very sweet in the starting. HR are unprofessional and well trained to mislead candidates.While joining they will give you lots of hope but don't believe on those.

not under-valued, as I said culture is great working here. Overall salaries we talk from the organization is not as per the standard. People stay back because of the culture and leaders who values their efforts.

My academics are less utilised in my current role, a change is roles and responsibilities would bring a lot more productivity from me.

As per the market standards, someone who's been employed for over 13 years, gets paid better I feel. I understand all the factors like cost of living in Vadodara and that when I joined, I came from a different industry though
