Having been here for almost a year, i find that i am alway challenged when coming into the office and knowing that ill have the help of all my coworkers no matter the department

It was a tough learning curve but with the help from coworkers and managers really helped me get ramped up! Its a very collaborative work environment that gets me excited to walk into.

Leadership always looks at the organization as a whole and always welcome feedback

It would have to be the options available that fit my needs or

It a well rounded package that provides for a very healthy work life balance

multiple difference backgrounds (Professionally and Personal) and everyone is always looking out for one another

I feel like everyone knows their roles and responsibilities but its a very family like environment

Having a diverse team that always comes togther to help each other out no matter the siuation

The are always looking at their coworkers for new solutions, work arounds, or ideas to push projects forward

The most positive thing, would be not being scared to throw new ideas into the pot. Managers and leadership always are there to listen

the first thing would be that we are all here to help each other out. Secondly we are always finding creative ways to improve workflows and fun office activities
