Many managers in this company seem to be chosen by tenure, not ability to manage. This effects how employees are managed and can create friction.

CompStak strives to have a comfortable culture. Each office is supplied with many amenities you would find in your home. CompStak fosters a collaborative atmosphere. People are encouraged to speak up and make improvements on a daily basis.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was the appropriate amount of interviews and it moved at an acceptable pace. The communication was also consistent and I didn't feel like I was left in the dark at any points.
