Not sure who is being referenced in the leadership team - like Exchange team leads? I like some of the recent initiatives like automatically awarding Postals to first time submitters

The leadership team shares their work load and priorities on a weekly basis to the entire organization during a stand up meeting.

The leadership team is incredibly transparently - particularly about things that are difficult, so that we understand not just THAT a decision was made, but WHY it was made.
