Not sure who is being referenced in the leadership team - like Exchange team leads? I like some of the recent initiatives like automatically awarding Postals to first time submitters
The leadership team shares their work load and priorities on a weekly basis to the entire organization during a stand up meeting.
The leadership team is incredibly transparently - particularly about things that are difficult, so that we understand not just THAT a decision was made, but WHY it was made.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many managers in this company seem to be chosen by tenure, not ability to manage. This effects how employees are managed and can create friction.
