Improving operational processes, improving culture set by C-suite, hiring in areas of need, building infrastructure to support new hires, etc.

The sales ramp up is long and I would have preferred an advance or some kind of comp to help in that ramp up time. I'm also uncertain our avg deal size is as it was advertised which will make it harder to reach my OTE.

Employees that have been with the company for multiply years are penalized financially in comparison to new hires same job title). In the height of Covid, employees promotions/pay raises were halted/ignored until the next year (with little backpay or acknowledgement of the loyalty/sacrifice)

The environment in the office is great, and on sunny days, the light shines in and makes everything fantastic :-). Plus, my coworkers are my friends.
