What can this brand most improve?

Just bought a Dacor Induction Stove. It stated it came with a Griddle. It did not. Dacor made a mistake on printing their book and will not correct this by sending me a griddle. It was a $6K stove. They can correct this as I was promised this in April and now it's June & they said they won't send it
