Dairy Farmers of America owns Mayfields Dairy which can't keep employees or temporary employees because the supervision is terrible 12 hour days, no time off unless you have a doctor's appointment. The equipment is all ways broken or can't be fixed.

Inbound delivery is on delay to be unloaded. Outbound shipping is on delay because of broken equipment that does not have spare parts. This causes shipping supply shortages.

Schedule a 3 shifts that work 8 hours with at least 1 day off. Would be a start. Then fire ALL current supervisors. They are just doing enough paper work to get by.
