Farmer focus and wealth of knowledge
My manager is fair. Tough and expects alot, but gives you the tools to do the job. The question he asks alot is what do you need from me to accomplish this task
Bright, hard working people with a passion for the industry.
They are not responsive to employees
For being with the company over a decade for the first time people are treated fairly this is in the past few months.
Stop rushing so much. I understand supply chain issues in light of the world's current circumstances, but the stress from the higher ups rolls down hill. If we are behind on production, stop rushing CIPs, blends, first-off samples etc. because you are ultimately making it worse and easier for error.
Protecting their employees and keeping them safe
Schedule a 3 shifts that work 8 hours with at least 1 day off. Would be a start. Then fire ALL current supervisors. They are just doing enough paper work to get by.
Understand roles and clear communication
Communicate and hire enough help to handle the work load they take on

The pay the medical coverage
Salary is very competitive locally.
It get the bills paid and keeps my wife happy
The best part about my conversation package was really Panama because our land of what I was not knowing and what I was living is something that I was looking for a plan and this is what I got for today and I will be with it for a while if I got a job that's all this is awesome for tonight and for
Very attractive bonus and the 401k is decent
Better investment options maybe have broker handling plan to add money market account to 401k plan
Health Insurance is very poor for such a large company. High Premiums and still required to pay too much out of pocket compared to others in the industry. up to 20k a year for a family
Pay scale incentive. Seniority pay scale needed
Add more money to the pay
Raise the current pay rate to $25 an hour. Higher temporary workers at $18 an hour. With 5 yearly progression raises.
The employees and supervisors run everything if we lost a handful of them the place would fall apart
We have fun, but can lock it down to focus on resolving issues safely and effectively when needed.
Many topics and everything is done right
Dedicated, Engaged and truly care about the business
We all work well together and try to keep each other in a positive state of mind even though management doesn't appreciate the sacrifices of the employees.
Drive to make the place better
More help would be a start. Working the same people 12 hours every day cost you more money in injuries & broken equipment.
We have employees that have been there for 2 months that are training new hires, are trainers were trained by newbies, and our equipment and Dairys reflected it. They pay somebody off the street $2 less than somebody that's been there for 30 years, very sad. What incentive is there to stay.
Fueling and cleaning trucks, communicating milk levels, mechanical issues, road impediments and closures and everyone being willing to help not just a small few.
The supervisor is allowing workplace violence.
The people I work around
Communication and relationship has worked with relationship it's a good relationship result as a good team work and it also resolved as a magician between the community and where we belong that is how a 100% become 100% of anything you're right accurate so well anyways many people do not understand
The coworkers and supervisors that are there genuinely want to make a change for the better and see the company succeed like it did before the upper management changed.
Everybody gets along for the most part, which is important at a job.
I would say just the overall experience of customers, good challenges, and the team we have make up a good environment so w3 can have fun doing our job.
Supervisors who care about us
8 hour work shifts. More people to cover sick employees & vacation leaves.
There is no culture currently
They are running people in the ground at the Frederick location people are tired underpaid and well over worked

New management we got bad
Meeting several employees and the tour. My hiring manager shared a compelling vision.
Everything was great and easy to understand
They take you around and show what you will be doing
It was a very personal and pleasant experience.
The honesty. I was forewarned that the job was not for everybody, and often new hires quit within the first few months. They said there was a learning curve, but once you got settled things would be alright. They were true to their word for the most part and I appreciate it
Need to hire employees 21 & over for plant jobs only. Must have at least 1 child. Need to have some kind of work experience of 1 year in any industry fast food, shipping, or delivery.
I believe they expect to much for what they pay
Review from Operations Dept
Make sure who you are hiring can actually shift a truck but maybe it's not a big thing throwing in clutches because your new hires don't know how to drive
During interview offered a higher paying job. Then said we never said that. Lies.
Review from Product Dept
Small town, don't have known drug dealers doing management interviews
When I'm not micromanaged by my manager.
The climate control systems everywhere
Seeing my team happy and being successful
The people. When everything is running smooth and on time, the job is enjoyable
Fridays are the best, look forward to the weekend
Payment terms and getting vendors paid is a very cumbersome process
Inbound delivery is on delay to be unloaded. Outbound shipping is on delay because of broken equipment that does not have spare parts. This causes shipping supply shortages.
Have milk haulers that respect equipment and their dairies and the dairies locations property
No work on the week ends we work some time 6 days no time with family
You can ask HR to protect their employees
