What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting several employees and the tour. My hiring manager shared a compelling vision.
Everything was great and easy to understand
They take you around and show what you will be doing
It was a very personal and pleasant experience.
The honesty. I was forewarned that the job was not for everybody, and often new hires quit within the first few months. They said there was a learning curve, but once you got settled things would be alright. They were true to their word for the most part and I appreciate it

My skills were tested by my peers. Specifically by persons that I used to work for and with!
Being excited about the company and work. Fast forward to now and now has gone opposite

Nothing I was sold a dream told this was going to happen and Nothing was done
The previous HR and supervisor were very friendly very knowledgeable about the company and to the point of what they expected from us drivers

Very good interview. Up front and honest about their expectations of what they expect from me. Told me it a company I could retire at and I plan on that.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Need to hire employees 21 & over for plant jobs only. Must have at least 1 child. Need to have some kind of work experience of 1 year in any industry fast food, shipping, or delivery.
I believe they expect to much for what they pay

Make sure who you are hiring can actually shift a truck but maybe it's not a big thing throwing in clutches because your new hires don't know how to drive
During interview offered a higher paying job. Then said we never said that. Lies.
