Most directors here are from CROs therefore, they have minimal or no management training. The only tool they have is fear-threat. They have no interest in helping you, they just want to ingratiate themselves with their boss. It's dog eat dog here.

Way too many meeting here. You have to book conference rooms a week or two in advance. Again, management must support their employees.
