Follow-through is something I've noticed at this company more than any other I've worked for. Whether its business related, or just fun opportunities to bond, every idea is recognized and accounted for.

Besides the competitive compensation structure, the company is transparent with both their performance and their trajectory. My expectations for compensation were met upon onboarding and have continue to match the growth of both my ability and contribution.

Again, openness and transparency. There wasn't much compromise - I was able to match their transparency for their needs with my own transparency regarding my abilities, so there was never any dissonance regarding the objectives that needed to be met.

I have always felt that the leadership's priority is providing the tools to make sure I and everybody else feels the freedom and empowerment to do what we are best at, and not only make meaningful contributions, but be recognized for them.

The openness. I have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks. Instead of finding catharsis outside of work, I find that the team itself always finds themselves personally accountable to make sure that I and everyone else have the support I need internally.

First and foremost, everybody truly seems enjoys the presence of each other, and interactions between any of the staff always feels like a joy. Speaking for myself, whether it's community events like game nights or off topic discussions, everybody seems genuinely interested in the welfare of others.
