What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are clear and concise in their vision for all employees and the company as a whole. They're also incredibly compassionate which is rare to find especially in the tech/gaming industry.

They are accessible and easy to talk to

Leadership at Gamesight is dedicated to removing any roadblocks I might face. They often reach out to find ways to support my learning of new skills.

They're extremely friendly and down to earth! It's easy to ask them truly anything, and they're always really forthcoming with any sorts of relevant or helpful information for us.

They are honest, supportive, and expect us to be ourselves. Everyone has completely different backgrounds before Gamesight and leadership helps us bring the best parts of our personalities and skills into our day-to-day

They encourage everyone to execute their job at a high level while creating an inclusive culture of collaboration and support.

I love that there's a lot of transparency and candor. I typically don't get off a call wondering if something else is going on behind the scenes. It feels like a stable and growing company and a lot of that comes from the leadership.
