Since day one the culture and coworkers at Gamesight made me feel safe, cozy and really pushed me to excel at my jobs/tasks and even personal betterment. It's a great group of people and management has a clear direction that they want to take the company in.

Gamesight's management is the embodiment of the internet meme of pizza parties being the ultimate solution to any problem, although in this instance Gamesight's management uses merch and fake praise to try and make employees happy, ignoring crucial issues with the company

They are clear and concise in their vision for all employees and the company as a whole. They're also incredibly compassionate which is rare to find especially in the tech/gaming industry.

They are accessible and easy to talk to

Leadership at Gamesight is dedicated to removing any roadblocks I might face. They often reach out to find ways to support my learning of new skills.

They're extremely friendly and down to earth! It's easy to ask them truly anything, and they're always really forthcoming with any sorts of relevant or helpful information for us.

They are honest, supportive, and expect us to be ourselves. Everyone has completely different backgrounds before Gamesight and leadership helps us bring the best parts of our personalities and skills into our day-to-day

The whole staff loves the games industry which creates a really unique environment where we are all energized and excited to be working with our customers. Also makes game nights and virtual work so seamless as we are all accustomed to building community virtually.

The many chats and lack of toxicity in them. People become friends quickly and our personal interests are shared with each other weekly. It is a mini-community of like-minded individuals who love video games

The interview process was super quick and efficient, a lot of background questions and personality questions instead of just experience-based tests!

We keep away from brain teasers or arbitrary assignments, and instead focus in on past experiences which makes the interviews much more like a fluid conversation than a big test.

I interviewed with multiple members of the team and it was clear that they understood that an interview goes both ways. It is as much an interview of the company as it is an interview about the employee.

The personal questions about what makes me happy. They really do care about us want us to be happy personally and professionally. That was never my experience with other companies I worked for before this
