My team was some of the most hardworking people that I have ever worked with

Everybody on my team is as has been stated a few times by others, "all the kids who did the work on the group project by themselves" and we collaborate extremely well

The whole staff loves the games industry which creates a really unique environment where we are all energized and excited to be working with our customers. Also makes game nights and virtual work so seamless as we are all accustomed to building community virtually.

Everyone on the team has similar hobbies and is excited to share their interests. No matter the position, everyone is willing to support any project that needs an extra pair of hands.

Meetings aren't a drag or super draining because there's always a light air about them. We joke around frequently and all have plenty in common, so it's really easy to just speak honestly and be myself, even in the workplace.

Everyone wants everyone else to succeed. Nobody cares about credit or glory they just want to win and want our customers to win.

The whole team is super passionate and knowledgeable about gaming. Gaming is the core of the company and it shows in everything we do. We also go out of our way to make sure we set up our customers for success, both short term and long term, even if the long term doesn't include us.

First and foremost, everybody truly seems enjoys the presence of each other, and interactions between any of the staff always feels like a joy. Speaking for myself, whether it's community events like game nights or off topic discussions, everybody seems genuinely interested in the welfare of others.

The sales team was originally the CEO, the VP of Sales and the Senior Account Executive, all of them are extremely good at what they do and are more than happy to impart knowledge while fostering a supportive, productive and team oriented work culture. Love the team.
