It isn't positive; management plays favorites. The company doesn't really care about the workers--we are just numbers.

Better union benefits(no paid sick benefits, high premiums for no real benefits), area managers need to visit the sites regularly and follow through with their promises, vehicles/equipment need to be serviced regularly, staffing ratio at sites needs improvement

Wages need to be improved so guards feel good about saying they work for Garda. The company needs to have training sessions at the different sites. Management/supervisors/area managers need to follow through with their promises and be active in hearing legitimate complaints.
