I like that my Leadership can give me the tools to utilize in any sort of day-to-day experience every day is a new learning oppritunity.

They do their best to accommodate your needs but they have to uphold company policy at the end of the day which makes them very limited on what they can offer.

Strengthen communication between recruiters and hiring managers to ensure commitments made to candidates are honored. Clarifying expectations before onboarding protects trust, reduces confusion, and supports the culture you promote.

Getting people to work and not leaving their employees to work alone when it is a two person job

Communication. Diversity. Not being prejudice (I'm white).

They need to listen and hire people that really wants to work

Leadership here is scary, they worry about compliance for safety but do nothing to fix it. Trucks are old and dangerous and never replaced or upgraded.

Scheduling, adequate training for leadership, providing opportunities to earn more money, communication, a functional HR department, weekly meetings, proper correspondance, professionalism, paying employees on time, and treating workers like humans.

Leadership needs to make large investments in upgrading facilities and technology for money processing. Machines always breaking and software looks and works like it is from the 80s. Wages are low for the work required of the employees doing all the actual work, so high turnover.
