Benefits are constantly being cut, more frequent layoffs, and allowing non producing employees to thrive are just a few of the problems that have killed morale in a big way.
Trash. The company will grind you down. The schedule is everything. Most people don't even know all the rules they are breaking because they don't have time to read through all the unorganized procedures. Others just don't care. Don't work here unless you just really love airplanes and don't care.
Great and moving up in rank
Contract employees are treated like second class citizens, frequency of layoffs are not consistent but almost always guaranteed. The culture is a typical corporate environment, "good ole boy" system is definitely here. Do not apply unless direct hired. Zero benefit as a contractor.
