I think in general the company is great but there is room for improvement, not only for the engagement and pay side but also getting everyone on board with processes and having equal measures for those that do same/similar work on daily basis.

Laughter, work can get very stressful at times, and it is good to be surrounded by people that you can laugh with

I strongly believe that the company should re-visit all pay and benefits packages especially now as the cost-of-living crisis it is hitting all of us making life very stressful at the moment

Understand people better, it is a very tough market, and we should be investing in people not just the skills. You do feel like a number and there is very little emotional intelligence applied to our day-to-day work life.

It depends on people, but we do have team member that do not engage and saying good morning is a big ask. I understand we are all different people, but we should all take time to engage more, get to know each other more and respect each other given how much time we spend together.
