What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is my bonus package but as I am only in my first full year it is to be seen what that brings next year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think i should gain a higher % of bonus given the amount of growth (revenue and EBITDA) i bring to the company.
