What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that they leave me alone and that i perform without constant supervision.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They do not fully understand their jobs and do not perform at the level I do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think i should gain a higher % of bonus given the amount of growth (revenue and EBITDA) i bring to the company.
