Good Culture overall, think there needs to be more work on demonstrating good culture and setting effective standards to follow
Communicating effectively, set realistic timelines, reward employees better, realise employee's worth strive for them to be paid in parity to counterparts.
Did not my contractual benefits when I joined, am not paid in parity to my peers even when I have gone over and above to contribute. Do not feel as supported as I feel I should.
