Mr. Michael M. Mr. Exnicios served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Whitney Holding Corp. from January 2009 to 2011. Mr. Cecil W. Knight, Jr., has been the Chief Banking Officer of Hancock Holding Company since July 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2016. Mr. Knight is responsible for all of the bank's core lines of business such as corporate, middle market, commercial and business banking; commercial real estate (CRE); and consumer banking.
