Mr. Michael M. Achary has been the Chief Financial Officer of Hancock Holding Company since March 29, 2007 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from September 2008 to 2016. Mr. Exnicios has been Senior Executive Vice President of Hancock Holding Co. since 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Exnicios served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Whitney Holding Corp. from January 2009 to 2011. He served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at Whitney Natonal Bank from 2009 to 2011. He served as Division Executive of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President of New Orleans Corporate Banking at Whitney National Bank, a subsidiary of Whitney Holding Corp. Mr. Cecil W. Knight, Jr., has been the Chief Banking Officer of Hancock Holding Company since July 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2016. Mr. Knight is responsible for all of the bank's core lines of business such as corporate, middle market, commercial and business banking; commercial real estate (CRE); and consumer banking. He started out as a Banker in New Orleans. ??? He has 31 years of broad banking leadership and industry experience. Knight returns to the region after owning and leading a business advisory firm in Nashville, Tennessee. He began his banking career at First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans and later rose as an Executive at First Tennessee Bank in Memphis. During his 23-year tenure at First Tennessee, he led the commercial lines of business, managed and motivated teams of bankers and oversaw commercial products and delivery, loan servicing, treasury management and ancillary services.
