Mr. Michael M. Achary has been the Chief Financial Officer of Hancock Holding Company since March 29, 2007 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from September 2008 to 2016. Mr. Achary served as Treasurer of Hancock Holding, Co. until March 17, 2008. He joined Hancock in 2000. He served as Senior Vice President of New Orleans based First Commerce Corporation and also served as Chief Financial Officer for a New Orleans law firm. Mr. Loper served as Chief Administrative Officer of Hancock Holding Company since February 2013 until 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President since 2007. He served as Chief Risk & Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Hancock Bank. He served as the Chief Risk Officer of Hancock Holding Co. since 2012. Mr. Joseph S. Exnicios, also known as Joe, has been the President of Whitney Bank since 2011. Mr. Exnicios has been Senior Executive Vice President of Hancock Holding Co. since 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Exnicios served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Whitney Holding Corp. from January 2009 to 2011. He served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at Whitney Natonal Bank from 2009 to 2011. He served as Division Executive of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President of New Orleans Corporate Banking at Whitney National Bank, a subsidiary of Whitney Holding Corp. He served as Division Executive of Commercial Banking at Whitney Holding Corp. He served as an Executive Vice President of Whitney Holding Corp. and Whitney National Bank from 2004 to January 2009. Mr. Exnicios served as a Senior Vice President of Whitney National Bank from 1994 to 2004.

Mr. Cecil W. Knight, Jr., has been the Chief Banking Officer of Hancock Holding Company since July 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2016. Mr. Knight is responsible for all of the bank's core lines of business such as corporate, middle market, commercial and business banking; commercial real estate (CRE); and consumer banking. He started out as a Banker in New Orleans. ??? He has 31 years of broad banking leadership and industry experience. Knight returns to the region after owning and leading a business advisory firm in Nashville, Tennessee. He began his banking career at First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans and later rose as an Executive at First Tennessee Bank in Memphis. During his 23-year tenure at First Tennessee, he led the commercial lines of business, managed and motivated teams of bankers and oversaw commercial products and delivery, loan servicing, treasury management and ancillary services. He established a strong record as an accomplished bank leader and relationship manager committed to clear communication, transparency, accountability and service.

Mr. R. Paul Maxwell serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Senior Communications Officer at Hancock Holding Company and Whitney Bank, (Gulfport, MS) (formerly Hancock Bank). Ms. Thomas has B.A. from Dominican College in 1977 and received her M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 1980.

Dickerson has been Executive Vice President and Subsidiary Business Lines Executive of Hancock Holding Company since 2014 and 2015 respectively and served as the Chief Risk Officer of Hancock Holding Company since 2013 until May 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President from 2014 to May 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President since 2007.
