He also led the Oxford team, which produced Target's collaborations, including Missoni, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, Zac Posen, Rodarte, Alexander McQueen, Thakoon, and Jean Paul Gaultier. He served as the Chairman of the Board and President of Regatta USA, LLC and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2007. Prior to Regatta, he co-founded Gitano. Mr. Dabah also serves on the Board of K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers. He is an advisor to Global Brands Group (recently spun off from LF USA). He is also on the advisory boards of Metamorphic Ventures, Firstime Ventures, Brayola, Stylitics, and Linc Global. He is a Disruptor Foundation fellow. An expert in the brand management field, he is considered a pioneer of the proprietary brand business model. He is considered by many as the originator of the proprietary brand business model.
