Mr. Michael Goldstein, CPA, serves as the Head of European Acquisition Finance and Co-Head of European Investment Banking at The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC (formerly, Bear Stearns Companies Inc.). Mr. Goldstein is an Operating Executive of TriArtisan Capital Advisors LLC. He serves as an Advisor at One World Networks Integrated Technologies, Inc and HDS Capital. He has decades of boardroom experience for both public companies and other organizations. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Toys ???R??? Us Inc. from February 1994 to February 1998 and served as its Acting Chief Executive Officer from August 1999 to January 14, 2000. He was at Toys ???R??? Us for 20 years and was employed in various other capacities from 1984 to 1994. Prior to 1983, he served as a Senior Executive Vice President of Operations and Finance at Lerner Stores Corporation and a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 1973 to 1979. Mr. Goldstein was employed by Ernst & Young from 1963 to 1979, including six years as an Audit Partner. He was employed with Rapid-American Corp. He served as Interim Chairman/Chairman of 4Licensing Corporation (formerly, 4 Kids Entertainment Inc.) from March 25, 2003 to September 30, 2012. He serves as a Director of Israel Discount Bank of New York Ltd. and served as its Chairman from April 2007 to November 2014. He serves as Chairman of the Northside Center for Child Development. He served as Chairman of Charming Shoppes Inc., from June 24, 2010 to 2012. Mr. Goldstein served as Chairman of the Board at Toys ???R??? Us Inc. from February 1998 to June 2001, as its Vice Chairman and as a Director from 1994 to 2003. He served as the Chairman of the Toys ???R??? Us Children's Fund Inc. from June 2001 to May 2006. Mr. Haim Dabah is the Founder and Managing Partner at HDS Capital. Mr. Dabah is an Advisor at Compound. Mr. Dabah is a Co-Founder and Operating Manager at Kidbox, Inc. He serves as an investor and Advisor to Stylitics in the consumer fashion, social behavior, and analytics space; as well as to Proximiant in the retail, digital, receipts space. He has over 40 years of deep retail relationships and experience focused on fashion, marketing, and retail. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Kidbox. He served as Executive Director, Group President of Li & Fung USA. His brand portfolio includes Regatta, Simply Vera Vera Wang, Daisy Fuentes, Ellen Tracy, Nicole Miller, Karl Karl Lagerfeld, Adrienne Vittadini, and Marchesa; as well as Keds and Skechers. He led designer collaborations with retailers such as Macy's, including Matthew Williamson and Giambattista Valli; and Kohl's, including Narciso Rodriguez, Derek Lam, Catherine Malandrino, Peter Som, and Elie Tahari. He also led the Oxford team, which produced Target's collaborations, including Missoni, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, Zac Posen, Rodarte, Alexander McQueen, Thakoon, and Jean Paul Gaultier. He served as the Chairman of the Board and President of Regatta USA, LLC and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2007. Prior to Regatta, he co-founded Gitano. Mr. Dabah also serves on the Board of K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers. He is an advisor to Global Brands Group (recently spun off from LF USA). He is also on the advisory boards of Metamorphic Ventures, Firstime Ventures, Brayola, Stylitics, and Linc Global. He is a Disruptor Foundation fellow. An expert in the brand management field, he is considered a pioneer of the proprietary brand business model. He is considered by many as the originator of the proprietary brand business model.

Mr. Mac Dabah is Co-Founder and Partner at HDS Capital. Mr. Dabah serves as Director of the Board and Executive Vice President of Retail & Brand Alliances for Linc Global. He serves as Director of the Board for Stylitics. He previously ran the Dabah family's private equity fund where he invested in strategic technology companies with a focus on retail and marketing. Mr. Dahab was at Regatta USA, where he oversaw business development and operations. He has over 10 years of experience in the retail and apparel industry. Mr. Dabah is also an active real estate investor. He graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002.
