
Compensation is evaluated not only on years of experience which I believe s the proper way to evaluate comp especially in the silicon valley.
There is a lot of transparency during our Tuesday morning all-hands meetings. They share the performance of the company and the goals they are trying to achieve. I think keeping employees informed also ties into employee happiness.
People here are really excited about the product. I think that goes a long way with overall happiness in your daily work. Leadership also does a great job of explaining the 'why' for new processes and is open to suggestions. It's a very collaborative culture.
My team is small but mighty! We are always thinking of way we can be better at our jobs and make hiring more efficient for for the organization. My manager does an excellent job of empowering each of us to make decisions on a daily basis.
