I am very happy that I chose this career path. The people I work with make it very enjoyable to come to work everyday. Nobody thinks they are better than anyone else. People genuinely care about each other's success and the success of the company. The work/life balance is fantastic!!
I love the communication between our team, and that questions are always welcome.
In just five months, ITC has been the most refreshing experience of my career. Strong leadership, supportive colleagues, and a culture of growth and collaboration make it unlike any utility I've worked for. I can truly see myself retiring here.
I feel like I fit in here pretty well. The work ranges from simple to challenging, but I feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish tasks. I also feel like I'm helping the public at the same time since everybody needs power. I've enjoyed my time here, and the culture is very welcoming.
