In just five months, ITC has been the most refreshing experience of my career. Strong leadership, supportive colleagues, and a culture of growth and collaboration make it unlike any utility I've worked for. I can truly see myself retiring here.

I feel like I fit in here pretty well. The work ranges from simple to challenging, but I feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish tasks. I also feel like I'm helping the public at the same time since everybody needs power. I've enjoyed my time here, and the culture is very welcoming.

Very positive experience thus far. ITC attracts not only great talent, but great people who really have strong leadership capability. ITC does take care of their employees-financially and mentally-and I really am glad I landed at ITC of all places.
