Leadership is great but the need to open up more positions to be able to move up or else the employees will go else where. Train them what they need to know to move up

I'm an engineer and what we get paid is poor compared to what other hotels pay their engineers. And half the time if a guy doesn't show up for a AC job we end up doing it and the a.c. guy gets paid 2500 and we get our hourly
