What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customer service at Kimpton is not at zero. It's actually negative. Hiring more qualified candidates and providing better training would help.

communication and leadership needs more attention

A whole new approach that fits the hotel and the environment we are in

Share the ownership and decision making so that the exploitation of the boots on the ground is muted. We are the ones paying the price for the extravagant life styles of the executive group. We are inundated with propaganda and hyperbole.
