Unfortunately, a ghetto call center that really needs restructuring. People are terribly anxious as management is not sufficiently trained & lack empathy. Their goal is MONEY; not patients! The morale is low and it feels as though people are set up for failure.

Health insurance because the pay is definitely below markwt value. Employees still have to struggle ro survive; working a second job or overtime if possible.
