They allow workplace sabotage and write up employees for unrealistic expectations for production they have no control over.
Inept managers and out-of-touch directors. Culture does not promote growth and development, sharing of ideas, or really anything other than "meet these KPIs or you're out the door." I drank the Corporate Kool-Aid for two years and while ignoring so many red flags
Unfortunately, a ghetto call center that really needs restructuring. People are terribly anxious as management is not sufficiently trained & lack empathy. Their goal is MONEY; not patients! The morale is low and it feels as though people are set up for failure.
