Committing to their promise of moving people up the damn ladder instead of holding them back for unknown or petty reasons that facade their actual feelings.

Hold these disgusting residents accountable, stop letting them get with anything and everything because of your personal feelings towards them. Recognize other peoples goals in life and support getting them there instead of holding them back for your own personal vendetta.

I enjoyed the promises and aspects of LPC that "strove for progress". My orientation had even said that the goal of LPC was to help people move up in their careers, even if they plan on leaving. Obviously, these promises haven't been met.

I bust my ass doing anything and everything my manager has asked of me. I have cleaned out an entire garage of furniture and trash by myself, I handle the housekeepers job because they can't find one, I do the excessive landscaping that should be given out to contractors.

Management does not care what our residents think of us, they will shut off our residents and act sparky when they ask for a request. If a resident has an issue, they are given a lackluster or inconsiderate response to their problem or situation and makes them feel extremely undervalued.

The people who are closer to my level of work, who don't have positions of authority, are great people to communicate and work with. They bring out their all and explain how they feel and can relate to my issues and struggles, as well as being open to regular conversation and having an open mindset.
