Culture is not inclusive. Environent is only good if your local team is good

My entire team leasing team, maintenance team and concierge, even the residents (for the most part)

Hold these disgusting residents accountable, stop letting them get with anything and everything because of your personal feelings towards them. Recognize other peoples goals in life and support getting them there instead of holding them back for your own personal vendetta.
