although inexperienced I can tell the amount of effort they put into work every time I have a question or if I mess up personally there's a huge amount of respect as me as a worker and giving me leeway cause of my turbulent life. They actually take suggestions I have for the property.
Resident managers work hard but have no authority. Corporate always call the shots and rarely asks us for input
I have such an amazing network within my region. Help is just a text, IM or phone call away. The support I get is unbelievable.

at addressing critical issues, and correcting critical issues. I feel as if my voice has never mattered, no matter how much effort i put in to save the company money, while trying to be the model employee. i

The manager has attitude eoth only Me im the only One who cares about the quality
making sure the community runs well and is not just glossed over
Committing to their promise of moving people up the damn ladder instead of holding them back for unknown or petty reasons that facade their actual feelings.
Pay is to low for the hard workers.
Not playing favorites, listen to employees, quit encouraging a culture of harassment.
