although inexperienced I can tell the amount of effort they put into work every time I have a question or if I mess up personally there's a huge amount of respect as me as a worker and giving me leeway cause of my turbulent life. They actually take suggestions I have for the property.
Resident managers work hard but have no authority. Corporate always call the shots and rarely asks us for input
I have such an amazing network within my region. Help is just a text, IM or phone call away. The support I get is unbelievable.

Committing to their promise of moving people up the damn ladder instead of holding them back for unknown or petty reasons that facade their actual feelings.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in more thought, more care, and my all into this property. i was sat down once and reviewed, but seen a total of $1 raise within 2 years

Pay is low we are over work and under paid nothing is never enough or good enough
I have to do everyones job our property use to be great it has just became horrible in the last few months when they fired our leasing agent to let our managers friend and daughter take over
Yes, better pay and more growth opportunities
I bust my ass doing anything and everything my manager has asked of me. I have cleaned out an entire garage of furniture and trash by myself, I handle the housekeepers job because they can't find one, I do the excessive landscaping that should be given out to contractors.

The office side of things are delightful to talk to and work with I have an easier time handling favors or tickets when directed cause there isn't any malice or spite in their tone although I would recommend communicating with the maintenance side would help with efficiency
The people who are closer to my level of work, who don't have positions of authority, are great people to communicate and work with. They bring out their all and explain how they feel and can relate to my issues and struggles, as well as being open to regular conversation and having an open mindset.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Only coworker needing improvement is the Maintenance Lead. He needs to put tenants satisfaction as priority, proper repairs as priority, and to stop prioritizing recognition over tenants positive experience.

Culture is not inclusive. Environent is only good if your local team is good

Hold these disgusting residents accountable, stop letting them get with anything and everything because of your personal feelings towards them. Recognize other peoples goals in life and support getting them there instead of holding them back for your own personal vendetta.

Not admit to age discrimination and stick to times we've agreed to meet on. Not admit the lack of confidence in the potential worker. Tell ahead of time that it was going to be a phone interview.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
nothing can be improved on my end. I am leaving this company, the company i loved due to management gas lighting me when i provide complaints, and evidence to back up complaints.

cutting cost for speed has only gotten the property negative reviews communicating with tenants would help them understand why certain things take time. not yelling at their porter every moring for doing their job.
Management does not care what our residents think of us, they will shut off our residents and act sparky when they ask for a request. If a resident has an issue, they are given a lackluster or inconsiderate response to their problem or situation and makes them feel extremely undervalued.
