Use the communication channels for work purposes and leave all of the extra communication not work related out of team channels. It bogs down the chat room an makes it difficult to find information when so much non-work related conversations are filling it up. Just have a seperate commnication on it

There is a such thing as good employess leave companies for great leadership, and that's a trend that is noticable for those who flock to follow leaders.

Instead of the focus being put into the quality of work that was done, all of the focus is put onto the work that wasn't done. Its very difficult to measure one's true success when they have had a load of 3 - 4 times that of someone in the same line of work at other companies, less duties & more pay
