We have a great team, we support each other very well.
LD has a tendency to higher those with lesser experience because their salary demands will not be as high. This takes an obvious toll on the company's overall productivity and success.
The people are great to be around.

My team is a wealth of knowledge, there isnt a single teammate i couldn't turn to for advice and not find it, but i am also on one of the best teams in the entire company.
I had the best coworker and we were a great team
My UW team is strong and we look out for eachother. Our manager keeps us unified. The processors are 60/40. 60% decemt and 40% bad. Only a handful of pricessors are worthwhile.
They are always willing to jump in and help in any way they can including jumping in the file to look around and help solve issues.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unfortunately it starts at the top. They push is all to do so much, very quickly.... but don't make a mistake or you'll be written up
Due to COVID and working remotely there is little to no interaction. Even when we were in the office interaction was frowned upon.

Use the communication channels for work purposes and leave all of the extra communication not work related out of team channels. It bogs down the chat room an makes it difficult to find information when so much non-work related conversations are filling it up. Just have a seperate commnication on it
they need to work on closing loans not sending negative bullying hate filled emails

Too much personal complaining. They only promote the partiers...culture climate.
