Just to do their jobs correctly and be held accountable. Manage people the right way and don't manage scared.
It starts at the top. Manage with a firm fist, hold people accountable and show some appreciation at times to the teammates....
Everything. Specifically holding people accountable. Our DC runs itself. People do what they want, when they want..... As the old saying goes..... "the inmates are running the asylum"
McLane is giving a $15,000 for new hires that have nothing vested in the company, yet drivers that have many years get nothing. Don't get me wrong the drivers have good jobs and are thankful, but what does it say that you'll give huge money to potential people coming in and do nothing for drivers
